At the end of the course, an individual receives an OSHA-30 card and certificate. Many local employers are looking to hire construction employees that have gone through this training. We would like to offer this training to the unemployed or underemployed in the DC Metropolitan area. OSHA certified trainings provide low-cost training to our program.  In 2022, held two (2) Trainings and recruited between 15-20 participants through our partnership with DCHCA. 

 

This activity is currently funded through the support of local businesses and donations from other individuals that are concerned about the safety of construction worker.  We plan on expanding this program in 2023 and offering to DC local residents looking to enter into the Construction Industry.
